MINUTES OF MEETING

The monthly meeting of BMTA was held at Panera Bread on May 29.  Present were Valerie, Lillian, Dianne, Martha V, Angela.

meeting.

MOTIONS

Upon Motions duly made and seconded,

It was Resolved that:

Lillian will be President

Dianne will be VicePresident

Martha V will be Treasurer

Lillian will be Secretary

Martha V will be Festivals Chair

Lillian will be Theory Chair

Angela will be Ear Training helper

COMMENTS

The response and cooperation of the above Bluebonnet team was greatly appreciated.

To leaving chairs we would like to thank you for your past very capable and caring leadership that you have given us.

NOTES

Festival requirements will be as follows.

Fall Festival

One Baroque or Classical piece will be required, plus a piece of students' choice.

Spring Festival

One Romantic or Contemporary piece will be required plus a piece of students' choice.

The theory tests are tentatively planned for the first weeks of November and February.

NEXT MEETING

The next meeting will be held on Tuesday September 11 at Panera Bread in Cedar Park at 10:30 am.
