MINUTES OF MEETING

The regular monthly meeting was held at Panera Bread on Tuesday February 13. Present were Mary A, Valerie, Lillian, Dianne, Martha V, Martha M, Angela.

THEORY
Mary A reported that there were 98 students taking theory test.
She complained that monitors were not alphabetizing the completed tests.
Mary A said she was overwhelmed with irregularities in the theory test.
And she would like someone else to take over the theory next school year.
Martha M said she will be the theory chair next school year.
Valerie said she will be in charge of preparing the Ear Training CDs.
Mary A agreed to be the theory advisor.

LAKELINE PERFORMANCE
If you have students who want to perform at the Lakeline free performance,
Please send lists of students and pieces to Valerie.

ENSEMBLE
The ensemble jury will be on Saturday April 7 at Valerie's house 2:00 to 5:00 pm,
and on Sunday April 8 at Mary A's house. 1:00 to 4:00 pm.
Please make reservations for your students. Send reservations to Valerie and Martha M.

FESTIVAL
Lillian said she will order more yellow ribbons.
