ROMANTIC FESTIVAL
Zoom Instructions
The student has to go into audio settings and select original sound for musicians. Under this be sure echo cancellation is also selected. Then when they are back on the main video screen, they should see the option to turn on in the upper left of their screen. I have had to help all my students get into their audio settings to do this. Not so necessary if they play an acoustic, but if they are on a digital keyboard you can not hear any high notes unless this is on.
The student just have to configure the option to be displayed on the screen. It’s in the settings

Guild Auditions
teeeeeembo Tue, Jan 10 at 11:54 PM
Greetings!
my name is Tim Girardot, and I'm the chairman for the Austin area Guild
auditions. I've learned that the in person judge for this year is Dr
Craig John Ralston, who is a singular judge, pianist and teacher. Please
see his bio and cover letter that's attached.
If anyone wishes to
have their students play for Dr Ralston this year, please feel free to
contact me via this email, or the phone numbers provided in the cover
letter, and let me know how many students you wish to audition.
This
year will be different in another, wonderful way--Austin's in person
auditions will now be held at the ACC School of Music, located in the
old Highland Mall in central Austin.
Your students will get to play on a NEW Yamaha C3 grand piano in a collegiate setting!
thank you for your time, and feel free to contact me with any questions. Have a great day!
sincerely,
Tim Girardot
