STUDENT AFFILIATE

For students who wish to take the theory test, students must register in the Student Affiliate division. Be aware that the Bluebonnet Student Affiliate deadline with regular $15 registration fee is September 15.

ADDENDUM TO MINUTES

We will accept voice entries at the two Bluebonnet Festivals.  Martha V will be the voice judge.

The trophy awards will be discontinued.
