MINUTES OF MEETING

The monthly general meeting was held on September 10 at Panera Bread in Cedar Park.  Present were Lillian, Martha V, Martha M, Dianne,  Angela, Hsin-Yi, guest visitor Tonra. 

The Treasurer presented the Treasurer's report.

Upon motion duly made and seconded,
It Was Resolved That:
Hsin-Yi will be Competition Chair, and the competition registration fee will be $30;
ADMTA members will be allowed to be BLB theory monitor substitutes;
BLB will keep only one Facebook group page, the original group page.

Notes
Martha V will prepare the festival schedules and certificates.
Martha V will be the Judge Chair.

REGISTER SA

Our deadline for SA registration at regular price is September 15.  The registration form is in the yearbook at http://bluebonnetmta.org/yearbook.html 


ENSEMBLE

About ensemble I would have about 5-6. If you could get one more, making 2, Martha V 1, maybe Cindy would have 1-2, Maybe Angela 1. We would have enough. What do you think?

Next Meeting
The October meeting will be held at  Panera Bread in Cedar Park on Tuesday October 8  at 10:30 am . 
 Panera Bread, 10900 Lakeline Mall Drive, Cedar Park 78717. 996-8300. Turn
from 183 onto Lakeline Mall Drive by Strait Music. This is one half block
east of 183. Turn left into the shopping center.  Turn left at Target.
